Employees play a vital role in creating and maintaining a harassment-free work environment. It is also crucial that staff learn to prevent and respond appropriately to suspected child abuse. All employees of the Salem-Keizer School District are required to receive annual training on both child abuse reporting and preventing sexual harassment.
